Circulation Assistant, Late Nights

Job Description:  The Circulation graduate assistant will work in Walker Library’s Circulation department for 20 hours per week.  This is a paid position for a graduate student who is motivated, energetic, user-focused and technology-savvy. The successful candidate must possess problem solving skills as well as a demonstrated commitment to customer service, a high level of attention to detail, and a focus on accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a graduate program at MTSU.
• Customer service experience.
• High level of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with library services and resources.
• Availability to work until 2:00 a.m. Sundays through Thursdays.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage (20 hours/week). This position does not include benefits or tuition remission.

Hours needed:

• 9:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.  Sundays through Thursdays
