Rush Request for Materials in Process

This service is only available to current faculty, students, and staff of Middle Tennessee State University. "In Process" refers to books that have been obtained for the Walker Library Collection but have not yet been catalogued.

Rush request books will be ready for pick-up at the circulation desk as soon as possible, usually within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. You will be notified via e-mail when the book is available. Books will be held at the circulation desk for 7 days.

If you would like to request a book from the MTSU Library Collection that is listed as “in process” in the InfoSearch catalog, please complete the form below. Recreational reading, such as popular fiction, will not be rushed through processing. If you need to order a book to be added to the collection, please use the the Book Order Request form.
