Subject Directories: Library

Many university libraries review, collect, and organize material into subject guides so it may be more easily found and used for research. Below are two examples.

MTSU's Library Research Guides

They highlight the most important subjects in an academic discipline. They provide links to online sites in a subject.
The material selected for inclusion has been reviewed by librarians and is usually annotated. They also highlight important books and journals that are available in MTSU's library.
Another excellent library subject directory is Librarians' Internet Index.
