Join us on at in Science 1006 for a special night with the New York Times best-selling author and then stick around at for a meet and greet and book signing at Walker Library.

Short Mountain Cultures will provide fermented food samples, and there will be an opportunity to win a copy of Katz’s seminal work, The Art of Fermentation.
