Ginelle Baskin is the Student Success & Open Education Librarian in the User Services department at MTSU's Walker Library. She earned her M.S. in Information Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and her B.A. in English from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to working at MTSU, Ginelle worked in the Technical Library at Arnold Engineering Development Complex in Tullahoma, TN and also as an elementary school librarian in Hillsboro, TN.
Ginelle is also the library liaison to the Department of World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures.
Research interests: library instruction, information literacy, and open educational resources (OER).
