Nick Bantock
Nick Bantock began his career as an illustrator of book covers. 
A native of England, he moved to Canada and now lives northwest of Vancouver on Bowen Island in the Strait of Georgia.
He is the author of the epistolary novel series known as The Griffin and Sabine Saga, which recount the romantic (and occasionally dark) relationship between two artists through imaginary letters and postcards that can be removed from the three books in the series. As such, these are movable books, but of a unique character. He is also author, illustrator, and occasionally paper engineer of more conventional pop-up books.
