The U.S. War Department produced a documentary on this final meeting of the "Big Three" - Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, and President Franklin Roosevelt, which took place at a Crimean resort in Ukraine. The film begins with a preliminary meeting on the Mediterranean island of Malta, and ends with FDR making his final address to a joint session of Congress. He died a little over a month later.
