Electronic e-books and audiobooks are the preferred format for Walker Library's recreational reading collection, but that doesn't mean you can't find a good print book for your leisure reading. Click on a cover image below to see the book's call number and floor location.
We welcome requests for new material for our collection from anyone in the MTSU community. Before you make a request, please check our catalog. If we already own a book in one format, we will usually not purchase it in a second format. You can request material through our request form or in OverDrive (search for the title in OverDrive and click "Recommend").
The James E. Walker Library supports recreational and leisure reading as a means of encouraging and supporting the life of the mind and a love of lifelong learning. E-books and audiobooks are purchased through the OverDrive platform and are primarily selected based on user request. Please search or browse the MTSU OverDrive Collection, and if you don't see what you're looking for, place a request through the site. Download the Libby app to get started.
