Read & Publish agreements or Transformative agreements are multi-year license agreements for journal subscriptions managed by the library. They stipulate the subscription pricing for the library and waived APCs for MTSU authors who wish to publish an open access article. Walker Library has entered into multi-year Read & Publish agreements (2023-2025) with Cambridge University Press and with The Company of Biologists.
