Subscribe to Open (S2O)

S2O is an open access model at the journal level with access determined on an annual basis. A revenue threshold is set and if annual journal subscriptions meet the threshold all articles for that year are published open access, at no cost to authors. This model was first developed by Annual Reviews.

Annual Reviews - 2023

Annual Reviews met its goal for 2023 for all 51 journals. All articles for the year will be open access.
Walker Library contributed to this open initiative through its subscription to the Annual Reviews Science Collection (48 titles). Browse titles
