Students will look through court cases for an example case that deals with copyright in the student’s discipline. They will research the case and the issue and then write a report on what is being disputed, why it is being disputed, who won, and why that person won. They will also reflect on if they agree with the decision and why and how that decision affects their discipline and their own individual work.
