Click on the "Sign in" icon at the top right. Login to your personal account
or create one.
Select a video and click Play.
Click the "Create Clip" icon at the bottom right of the video screen.
Enter a "Clip title" in that field and a description in the box below it.
Use the slider to set the "Start" and "Finish" times for your clip.
Change the "Visibilty" from "Private Only visible to you." to "Institutional"
Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom right.
Sharing a Clip
Click on the "Sign in" icon at the top right.
Select "My Clips."
Select the clip you wish to share.
In the column on the right, click the vertical elipsis icon (Options) for your clip.
Select "Share."
Click the red "Copy" button for sharing "Via permalink" (1st option).
Paste the permalink URL into your document (clip will open in a browser window).
