Images are printed on 25lb. coated matte paper. Smaller images will be surrounding by white space. Lamination is available for an additional charge. Charges will be added to the patron’s library account and fees can be paid online only*. Sample prints are available for viewing upon request.

Where: Technology Services, 1st Floor

Who: Students, faculty, and staff who would like to purchase a poster must have a valid MTSU ID and an active profile in the library system (Millennium).

How: All submitted files must be on a USB drive. Recommended file size is a minimum of 1MB and a minimum resolution of 6 megapixels (dimensions approximately 3000x2000). Only JPEG, TIFF, PDF, PPT, or Word files are accepted. Posters will be printed within one (1) hour of order placement.

Users of this service agree to the following conditions:

• Library Technology Services (LTS) will print the file as it is submitted.
• LTS is not responsible for posters that are highly pixilated, nor for editing the submitted file to create a better or clearer image. 
• We cannot guarantee exact color calibration.
• LTS is not responsible for trimming the edges of the poster.

*Unpaid fees will result in a "hold" on the users MTSU account, which may prevent class registration and other activities.
