The Walker Library will grant library privileges to visiting scholars and visiting faculty at the request of a sponsoring department. All fines and fees for overdue materials, losses, and damages incurred but not resolved by the visiting scholar shall be the responsibility of the sponsoring department once the visiting scholar has left the university. Departmental representatives should use the form below to apply for library privileges on behalf of their sponsored visitors.
