Once you have completed your ePortfolio it is time to share it with the world. Click the down arrow next to your presentation and select "Share."
Once here you can see the URL of your ePortfolio, noted by the green arrow. This is the link that you will share with anyone you would like to see this particular ePortfolio. Make sure the box is checked to allow public viewing, noted by red arrow. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS BOX CHECKED YOUR PRESENTATION WILL NOT BE VIEWABLE TO PEOPLE YOU SEND IT TO.
If you would like to add specific users such as your instructor or a group of students you can do so by using the "Add Users and Groups" button.
You will then get a screen where you can add users to share your presentation either by searching their name or adding from a group that might already be set up for your class. You can also share your presentation with an external user via their email address. Make sure you uncheck the boxes for adding comments if you don't want these users to make comments on your presentation.
